What is 9D Breathwork?

9D Breathwork is an immersive, multi-layered breathwork experience that works directly with the nervous system and the body. It combines binaural beats, solfeggio frequencies, subliminal messaging, somatic release and guided breathwork into a single journey, delivered through professional headsets.

Unlike traditional meditation or talk therapy, 9D bypasses the analytical mind entirely. It works at the level of the body and the subconscious, which is where most stress, emotion and long-held patterns actually live. The result is a shift that feels immediate and real, not conceptual.

What is included in a session?

Each session runs for approximately 2 hours and is led entirely by Steph. It is structured in three parts:

Intro and Grounding Setting intentions, learning breath mechanics and a short nervous system education so you feel held and prepared before you begin.

The 9D Journey The fully guided breathwork experience, delivered through professional headsets. This is the heart of the session — immersive, deeply personal and unlike anything you will have experienced before.

Integration Space to unpack what came up, make sense of what you experienced, and leave with practical tools to carry the shift forward.

Steph comes to you and brings all equipment including professional headsets.

Private and small group sessions are for anyone who wants to go deeper than a group event allows. This includes people navigating:

All sessions include Steph's full facilitation, professional headsets and a personalised integration debrief.

Travel

Steph travels to you and brings all equipment. All you need is a quiet, comfortable space where participants can lie down undisturbed for the duration of the session.

50km to 100km $100 flat fee

100km and beyond Quoted individually

What to prepare

A quiet room with enough floor space for each person to lie down comfortably

Pillows and blankets are helpful — comfort makes a difference

The space should be free from interruption for the duration of the session

Comfortable, loose clothing recommended

Steph takes care of everything else.

Payment is by bank transfer in two instalments:

Booking deposit 50% — due at booking confirmation
